In compliance with the UK Data Protection Act (“DPA”) and EU Regulation no. 679/16, (“GDPR”) PRAMAC RACING Ltd based in The Energy Innovation Centre Units 3+4, Stepnell Park, Lawford Road, Rugby, Warwickshire, England, CV21 2UX –​​United Kingdom (hereinafter “Pramac Racing”), as Data Controller, informs natural persons (hereinafter hereinafter the “User” or “Users”) who access the site www.pramacracing.com (hereinafter the “Site”) on the purposes and methods of data processing, the nature of their provision and the scope of communication and dissemination of personal data collected through registration and/or browsing on said Site. The information is not valid for other websites that may be consulted via the links present, for which PRAMAC RACING is in no way responsible.

The data collected can be of different types:

Data provided voluntarily by the User

Pramac Racing collects the data voluntarily provided by Users by completing the appropriate form on the Site.

Site navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the Users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the User’s IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses and are deleted immediately after processing.
The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site: except for this eventuality, the data itself is currently kept for the times defined by the relevant legal legislation for the time strictly necessary to provide the User the requested service and to guarantee the transmission of the communication.

Cookies

to send informative advertising material, commercial or promotional information as well as to prepare studies, research or market statistics.
Optional provision of data
For the purposes referred to in point 2 letters a) and b) the provision of data by the User is necessary and failure to provide it, even partially, determines the impossibility of providing the services offered/requested; in relation to these purposes, consent is not required.
The processing carried out for commercial and promotional purposes described in point 2 letter c) is based on the granting of consent by the User. The provision of Personal Data for this purpose is entirely optional and does not affect the use of the services.

Methods of processing and use of data
The Users’ personal data will be processed mainly with electronic or automated tools and in any case through the application of specific security measures in order to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The data and media containing the data are stored in electronic and paper archives in compliance with current legislation and for the time strictly necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes.

Place of data processing and scope of communication
User data is collected and processed at the headquarters of the company providing the hosting service as well as the companies responsible for maintaining the Site designated as external data processors.
Without prejudice to communications carried out in compliance with legal obligations, all data collected for the purposes indicated in point 2 may be communicated to the following subjects:

subjects appointed by Pramac Racing for the execution of activities directly connected or instrumental to the provision and distribution of the services requested by the User;
subjects who may become aware of it as Pramac Racing data controllers or persons in charge of data processing.
Users’ personal data may be transferred to companies belonging to the PR Industrial S.r.l. Group, both within and outside the EU, to allow said companies to carry out marketing activities or to provide information and/or make offers on products, services or initiatives offered or promoted by them. The companies belonging to the PR Industrial group are joint controllers of data processing.
In any case, the data will not be disclosed.

Rights of the interested party
The User may exercise the rights provided by the DPA and the GDPR at any time. In particular, each User has:

the right of access, i.e. the possibility of accessing all personal information concerning him;
the right of rectification, i.e. the possibility of obtaining the updating of inaccurate personal data concerning him without justified delay;
the right to be forgotten, consisting of the right to delete personal data concerning him;
the right to limit processing in the cases provided for by the DPA and the GDPR;
the right to data portability, i.e. the right to obtain your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and/or the right to have your personal data transmitted to another data controller without impediments on the part of of society.
In any case, the User always has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, if he/she believes that the processing of his/her data is contrary to the legislation in force.
Furthermore, the User has the right to withdraw consent at any time; the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the revocation.
